This January, as millions of people around the globe recommit to their health goals, retailer Earth Fare will said it would recommit to its promise to help its shoppers lead healthier lives. The natural and organic grocery store with locations around the Southeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic will debut a free monthly webinar series aimed at connecting viewers with educational resources to aide them in a variety of health initiatives.

The series will kick off on January 12, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. EST with Amber Lynn Vitale of Garden of Life guiding viewers through the health benefits of safe detoxes, including detoxification pathways for your health, the importance of regular liver cleansing, foods that will support your body’s optimal functioning, and helpful supplements that will support cleansing efficacy. Vitale is a certified nutritionist, ayurvedic clinical consultant, advanced bodyworker and yoga therapist who collaborates with functional medicine doctors and other integrative practitioners to help her clients achieve optimal health. She has served on the Garden of Life Education Team since 2014.
