A new consumer survey commissioned by NOW Health Group (Bloomingdale, IL) reveals energy is set to dominate health and wellness in 2025.

According to the report, 56 percent of respondents are seeking supplements to boost their energy levels and keep up with their busy lives. Other high-ranked trends include fitness support at 37 percent, better sleep at 36 percent and weight management at 31 percent.

The survey also highlighted a shift toward proactive health with 52 percent of respondents prioritizing healthy aging in their 30s or earlier. As interest in holistic health for longevity grows, consumers are turning to trusted solutions to stay energized, balanced and feeling their best every day, the company said.
