TSI Group also notes that efficacy and bioavailability are under consumer scrutiny, as consumers become more aware of differences between formats and stability challenges. Consumers are smarter than ever before, and they’re discerning. As consumers’ wants and needs become more complex, formulators and retailers alike will need to keep up.
