SOHO Healthfest, produced by SENPA and scheduled for August 14-16 at the Omni Mandalay Hotel & Resort in Dallas, TX, will not take place as planned, due to events outside of SENPA’s control, the organizer announced in a press release. These include national and state mandates to the COVID-19 pandemic, company travel restrictions and unforeseen state and county mandates from the state of Texas.
SENPA has made it a priority to connect with sponsors, exhibitors and preregistered independent retail attendees to share all information concerning the cancellation.
“SOHO Healthfest remains committed to the independent retailer, our sponsors and exhibitors to produce a networking event that is safe and comfortable for everyone,” said SENPA’s Executive Director Debra Short. “Our commitment is one of providing premier education and engaging decision makers with companies in the natural products industry.”
SOHO Expo, celebrating 50 years this December 10-13 at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Orlando, FL, remains scheduled. Given the current situation regarding the pandemic, SENPA is working closely with the Gaylord Palms and monitoring the local government mandates to ensure a safe event and the best path forward for the 2020 SOHO Expo. Maintaining the safety, health and welfare of its attendees is first priority as it makes decisions regarding the event.
The next couple of years respectively, SOHO Healthfest 2021 is scheduled for June 4-6, while SOHO Healthfest 2022 will be April 22-24 at the Omni Mandalay Hotel & Resort in Dallas, TX.
