NOW Foods Launches Online Training Program for Retailers

by Angela Santoriello | July 30, 2014

NOW Foods (Bloomingdale, IL) has launched a new online training program designed exclusively for retailers, reported the company.

Concurrently, the company is introducing an array of free tools designed to help health food stores become more successful with the NOW Product-ology retailer training program, developed to lead the way to wellness and prevention through nutritional ingredient education.

Each of the free 60-minute training sessions on a variety of healthy topics is designed to empower retail teams with the knowledge they need to assist customers in the aisles. Participants are awarded a downloadable certificate of accomplishment for the successful completion of each Product-ology training program, reported NOW. Separately, the company offers additional services including free customized marketing materials and a mobile ordering application.

“We see our retail customers as valued business partners, which is why we’ve introduced these new tools that make it even easier for them to promote the NOW line in their stores and do business with us,” said Amber Cerda, marketing communications manager, NOW.

“NOW has always been committed to excellent customer service, and these exciting new services are great examples of how we continue to provide valuable support,” she added.
