Get Healthy Vitamins and Natural Foods, an independent natural retailer located in Brooksville and Spring Hill, FL, announced Brian Mosser purchased the business from founders Karen Greenway and Laura DeWitt, becoming the new owner.

Mosser started working at Get Healthy nearly 20 years ago where he started as a store clerk. Through hard work, passion and dedication to the mission of holistic wellness, he rose through the ranks as store manager, general manager and now owner.

Under Mosser’s leadership, Get Healthy will continue to offer high-quality supplements, natural groceries and personalized health education for the Hernando County wellness community. The store will also maintain its popular educational events and customer outreach to help more people life healthier, more informed lives.

“I’m incredibly honored to carry on the legacy that Karen and Laura built,” Mosser said. “Their commitment to this community and to natural health has impacted countless lives, including mine. I look forward to continuing that tradition by offering the same level of care, education, and wellness support that our customers have come to trust and love.”

Greenway and DeWitt were the owners for 34 years and said the transition is “joyful and emotional.” The transition marks an exciting new era, rooted in history, community and a shared passion for wellness, they added.
