Sustainability starts with harvesting, so start at the beginning of your supply chain when you perform sustainability audits.
You’ll also want to ensure your supply chain is fully traceable. Work with your suppliers to ensure you have a system for documenting where products are grown and how they’re handled throughout the supply chain.
