
As the premier event for West Coast independent natural product retailers and suppliers, the Positively Natural Network (PNN) and the Naturally Independent Expo plans to offer enhanced opportunities for exhibitors, retailers, and industry professionals.
In a commitment to supporting independent retailers, the 2025 Naturally Independent Expo, to be held Oct. 17-18 at the Palm Springs Convention Center in Palm Springs, CA, will allocate a portion of exhibitor booth fees exclusively toward covering retailer hotel costs. This initiative is designed to ensure more retailers can attend the event with reduced financial burden, reinforcing the expo’s mission to foster industry connections and growth.
To maximize attendance and engagement, the expo is also launching an aggressive multi-channel marketing campaign in partnership with VRM Media. This campaign includes direct mail outreach targeting stores across the Western region, robust email campaigns and strategic partnerships with brokers in key markets to connect with as many stores as possible.
Education will also take center stage in 2025, with an expanded focus on business development. The expo will feature a broader range of educational sessions, panels and roundtables led by successful retailers, offering invaluable insights into industry trends, operational strategies and growth opportunities.
