On May 8, California-based Pharmavite announced the grand opening of its new manufacturing and research & development facility at 13700 Jug Street in New Albany, OH. The 225,000 square-foot facility is a $250 million investment and will create 225 jobs with potential for further expansion.
Pharmavite is the manufacturer of several health and wellness brands: Nature Made, Bonafide, Wellblends, Equelle, MegaFood and Uqora. According to the company, the new facility is already making ready-for-sale products and is positioned to meet the continued consumer demand for gummy vitamins.
