Nestlé Health Science has announced the successful completion of its acquisition of the core brands of The Bountiful Company, including Nature’s Bounty, Solgar, Osteo Bi-Flex, Puritan’s Pride, Ester-C and Sundown.

The acquisition gives us a broader range of trusted products and more ways to enhance the health of customers around the world.”
Nestlé Health Science announced on April 30, 2021 that it entered into an agreement to acquire the majority of The Bountiful Company’s brands. Don Kerrigan, President of North America for The Bountiful Company, will be joining Nestlé Health Science as the company’s new CEO of VMHS Health U.S., reporting to Greg Behar.
