How does the future look for independent retailers?

I certainly hope the independent retailer can survive. We work very hard every day to continue education for the consumer, and my employees staying up on trends will continue to be important. But the companies behind the products need to stand with the retailer when it comes to quality and well-researched ingredients.

My focus is on continuing a customer service store with an educated staff. We also have a daily radio show hosted by Dr. Jeffery Burke, and a remarkable staff. We have all worked together for 10+ years!

Our 1,400-square-foot store opened in 1984; we are the oldest health food store in Las Vegas owned by the same person, Wayne Rudolph. We focus on supplements, herbs and great prices. In March of 2019 we will be celebrating our 35th anniversary.
