New Jersey-based Reviva Labs announced the passing of CEO and owner, Judith Strassler, who died Sunday, Jan. 19. She was 78 years old.
According to the company, Strassler was more than a friend and colleague—she was like a second mother. 
Judith and her husband Stephen Strassler started the skin care company in 1973. For more than four decades, Reviva Labs has helped transform the complexions and beauty regimens of many. The couple’s legacy is the Reviva Labs brand—a line of affordable, natural skin care they believed in and loved, according to the company.
Judith is survived by her son, Ian Strassler, grandchildren, Rachael and Alex Strassler, her brother, Donald Schwartz, her dog, Heidi, her extended family, and her work family at Reviva Labs.
