| December 22, 2016

Explore Cuisine (Florida) announced that in partnership with Chef Inspired Popcorn (Florida), the health-minded brands have donated $1000 worth of healthy foods to The Children's Home, a non-profit organization offering therapeutic and healing programs, resources and residence to 70+ children of various ages who do not have a permanent home due to circumstances outside their control in Tampa Bay, FL. Through this charitable contribution, Explore Cuisine and Chef Inspired Popcorn will provide nutrient-dense meals and snacks for children in need, as well as help them develop healthy eating habits from an early age.

With Explore Cuisine's mission to provide every person with access to healthy and delicious food, the company donated over 400 meals of organic, high protein, gluten-free pulse and bean pastas, such as Black Bean Spaghetti, Chickpea Fusilli and Red Lentil Penne, to The Children's Home. The Explore Cuisine pastas will be used for hot delicious meals and additionally be used in educational programs/classes to teach child how to eat healthy and understand nutrition labels. Chef Inspired Popcorn will be enjoyed fresh at movie nights for the kids and inside the learning center as an education incentive.

"We believe that the pasta dishes will be a tasty addition to our menu and the popcorn will be a great treat for the children here in our Residential Healing Program," said Devon Anderson, associate director of development for The Children's Home, Inc. "Our Explore Cuisine team is committed to keeping your heart healthy, your mind whole and your family happy," added Joe Spronz, CEO of Explore Cuisine. "We are proud to donate nutritious meals this holiday season to the children that live at The Children's Home so that they can eat healthy all year long."
