Instructions for Existing Listings

If your listing already appears on VitaminRetailer.com/BuyersGuide and all listed information is already up-to-date, then no further action is required and you may disregard any email reminders you receive.
If your listing already appears on VitaminRetailer.com/BuyersGuide and you would like this listing removed from the Vitamin Retailer Industry Buyer’s Guide (print and online), then please email Robert Certo at RobertC@VRMmedia.com by July 13th, 2018.
If your listing already appears on VitaminRetailer.com/BuyersGuide and all listed information is not up to date, then please visit VitaminRetailer.com/UpdateListing and do one of the following by July 13th, 2018:
Option A: If you or someone from your company has already claimed your online listing in the past (this is likely to be the case if you have created or updated a listing online anytime after February 2015), then please log in under the “Existing Users Log In” header on VitaminRetailer.com/UpdateListing using your username (or the email address you had provided when registering) and password. Once you are logged in, please click the “Edit” button that appears on your listing, then apply any changes you would like via the online form and, finally, click the “Complete Listing” button at the bottom of the online form to submit your listing to our editors for review. Your listing will be disabled during the review process but will be re-posted to the website (and re-posted to the VitaminRetailer.com/UpdateListing page for you to be able to update your listing again in the future if needed) and will be included in the next print edition after our editors approve and/or edit your updates. Please be sure to complete your updates in one sitting as it is not possible for you to save your progress on incomplete form submissions.
If you cannot remember your password, then please reset your password at VitaminRetailer.com/UserProfile/?a=pwdreset. If you cannot remember or do not have access to the email address associated with your username or did not receive a new password in your inbox or spam folder, then please contact Robert Certo at .
Once you have your username and password, you may change your email address and/or password anytime at VitaminRetailer.com/UserProfile. You may also create additional listings using the same username and password at VitaminRetailer.com/NewListing following the instructions regarding new listings below and/or you may claim additional existing listings if applicable via the relevant portions of the “Option B” instructions below.
Option B: If you or someone from your company has not already claimed your online listing in the past (this is likely to be the case if you have not created or updated a listing online anytime after February 2015), then please create a username and password under the “New User Registration” header on VitaminRetailer.com/UpdateListing. Once you have created your username and password and are automatically logged in, please find your listing, click the “Claim This Listing” link that appears at the top of your listing, fill out the required fields and click the “Claim Listing” button. Once your listing claim is approved, you will be contacted via email. Upon listing claim approval, please follow the “Option A” instructions above to apply your updates.
Instructions for New or Missing Listings
If your listing does not already appear on VitaminRetailer.com/BuyersGuide and you do not want your company to be listed, then no further action is required and you may disregard any email reminders you receive.
If your listing does not already appear on VitaminRetailer.com/BuyersGuide and you do want your company to be listed, then please fill out and submit the “New Listing” forms at VitaminRetailer.com/NewListing (including the “New User Registration” section at the bottom of the first page if you have not created a username and password in the past) by July 13th, 2018. If you do not see a relevant “Company Type” for your listing, then please refrain from submitting a buyer’s guide listing as the buyer’s guide is not intended for all company types. Once you click the “Complete Listing” button at the bottom of the last page of the online form, your listing will be sent to our editors for review and will then be published to the website and published in the next print edition if approved. Please be sure to complete the online form in one sitting as it is not possible for you to save your progress on incomplete form submissions.

Although listing update deadlines vary from year to year, please take note of the following deadlines (with the understanding that these deadlines are also subject to change) in order to keep all print editions (where applicable as not all publications contain appropriate sections for all compaines) as up-to-date as possible:

Nutrition Industry Executive Supplier Sourcebook: updates due via NIEmagazine.com/FreeListing before March each year
Natural Practitioner Sourcebook: updates due via NaturalPractitionerMag.com/FreeListing before September each year
