The Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN) welcomed the addition of five new member companies to its membership roster. These companies include: voting members—ChromaDex, Mazza Innovation Ltd, New Avon LLC, Tishcon Corp. and associate Member—Smidt Labs, LLC.

ChromaDex
ChromaDex is a sixteen-year-old company, known for its fast turnaround, reliable analytical testing services and extensive reference standards library. More recently, the company has developed strong competencies for discovering, researching and commercializing novel ingredient technology, including NIAGEN brand Nicotinamide Riboside. ChromaDex serves the Dietary Supplement and Food and Beverage industries. Additionally, the company provides a wide range of regulatory consulting services via its Spherix consulting group.
Mazza Innovation, Ltd.
Mazza Innovation is a Canadian company which specializes in developing solvent-free, excipient-free and preservative-free ingredients using its proprietary high-pressure water extraction technology called the PhytoClean Method (TM). This process can be applied to extract a range of compounds for use in the nutrition and health, food and beverage, and beauty and personal care industries.
